Symbium supports instant permitting workflows for a range of residential mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building permits. Availability varies by city or county – not every project type is supported in every location. The workflow assigned to your project determines how your application is submitted, how your permit is created, and whether Symbium collects permitting fees on behalf of the jurisdiction.
